Garnering immense popularity in Hong Kong, Shiro’s culinary offerings draw inspiration from Japan’s renowned food districts, namely Ginza, Shinjuku, and Shibuya in Tokyo—offering a contemporary twist while staying true to the essence of Japanese cuisine. The comprehensive project encompassed a full-scale transformation across two floors, incorporating MEP services and the installation of a new kitchen.
